Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you will do:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process for various business functions, including mid to senior-level roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and define effective sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Provide market insights and contribute to the development of strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Implement recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, aligned with DE&I principles.
  • Partner closely with Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE), Functional Department and local HRBP/People Operations team to support technology-focused HR initiatives.
  • Screen candidates to assess both technical skills and team chemistry to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive technology talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand to promote employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably with exposure to regional or global hiring.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of roles and functions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Boolean searches, job board sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with stakeholders and work independently to deliver on recruitment needs.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
