Full job description
- Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers.
- Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions.
- Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received.
- Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions.
- Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers.
- Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
- Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the company's customer and transaction profitability requirements.
- Assisting with collections and collecting payments.
