A career with us as an HVAC Technician requires the following:

* Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.

* Practice good customer relation skills at all times

* Attend service training classes to upgrade technical abilities

* Commit to involving customers in ESP agreements

* Computer, IOS skills and fill out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete and accurate manner

* Abide by all company policies including safety, appearance and hygiene, driving habits, quality control, conduct in customer's home or business, etc.

* Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner

* Meet or exceed the company's minimum standards with regard to company objectives including Tune-ups, Lead generation, accessory sales, and customer retention.

* Must have a Valid Drivers License, Universal EPA License and Journeyman License

* Must have experience

* Must understand time management and manage time effectively and successfully

* Must be willing to work as a team, attend training for both technical and soft skills
