Job description
Responsibilities:
- Technicians provide comprehensive HVAC service and repair to residential and commercial customers.
- Perform work according to current codes and or job specifications.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Installation of HVAC Units for commercial and residential structures.
- Communicate effectively with customers including homeowners, business owners, property managers, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Critical thinker with good problem-solving abilities.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capability to manage high-pressure circumstances.
- Strong customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Experience as a licensed HVAC Service Technician.
- Working knowledge of HVAC and furnace systems.
- Driver’s License and State Journeyman License Required
- EPA Universal Certification required/preferred.
