Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as Project Manager - New Product Development. Product Manager Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, monitoring, documenting, and improving the execution of all aspects of new product development projects for Arrowhead Winch. Product Manager Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully and successfully use project management principles and techniques to drive new product development projects for the organization.
  • Coordinate with groups and departments to drive new product development projects to completion.
  • Provide clear and concise written reports and presentations to communicate project status with relevant stakeholders.
  • Obtain project phase gate approvals from product committee.
  • Develop and actively manage effective working relationships with the project team, internal and external customers or partners, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain timelines for new product development projects.
  • Lead planning meetings and project updates including detailed and complex stakeholder presentations
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and correctly filed.
  • Drive to maintain consistency through projects.
  • Monitor project cost and report on how actual cost compares to the budget.
  • Identify potential issues which could affect the project timeline, cost, or the projects success and implement solutions to minimize these effects to projects.
  • Identify and implement changes to the new development process to improve new product development efficiency.
  • Maintain ISO procedures regarding the product creation process.
  • Occasional travel is required.

Product Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Product Manager Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
  • Manager/team lead experience
