Call Center Sales Agent - Outbound (Tulsa, onsite only)

The Opportunity:

We are hiring Outbound Sales Representatives! In this role, you will connect with customers nationwide to discuss our client’s rapidly expanding high-speed internet services and help them find an affordable solution.

What You’ll Do:

A week in the life of an Call Center Agent, Outbound Sales Representative may include, but isn’t limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Engage with customers across the U.S. in a compelling and professional manner.
• Sell or upgrade competitively priced, high-speed internet packages within a newly built fiber-optic network for a leading cable company.
• Earn additional compensation beyond your $18 base pay with performance-based bonuses.
• Gain new skills and technological knowledge through paid training.
• Enjoy a full-time shift that falls between the hours of 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday. Training starts April 14th.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous sales experience in outbound or similar work is REQUIRED. (warm/cold calling, collection, retention, etc.)
• Previous contact center experience is REQUIRED. (6 months minimum)
• Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma/GED.
• The ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen.
