Job Summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Flight Simulator Instructor who is a fluent Chinese speaker to deliver high-quality flight simulation training programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective instruction for our diverse client base.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive flight simulation training sessions, including pre-flight briefings, in-flight instruction, and post-flight debriefings.
* Develop and implement engaging Class Instruction methods tailored to various learning styles and experience levels.
* Ensure strict adherence to all aviation regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records for Regulatory Compliance.
* Participate in the continuous improvement and development of existing Training Programs and the creation of new curriculum.
* Utilize advanced Training Simulation equipment and software to provide realistic and effective training scenarios.
* Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to trainees, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with trainees, colleagues, and management in both English and Chinese.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Flight Instructor, preferably in a simulator environment.
* Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English.
* In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and a strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective Training Programs.
* Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Training Simulation equipment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective Class Instruction.
* Relevant pilot licenses and certifications are highly desirable.
