Da Pro Rubber is currently looking for a Post Cure Inspector/Material Handler for our Broken Arrow location 1300 East Ft. Worth Street. This would be a overnight position Monday - Friday 11 PM - 7 AM.
Job Summary
The Final Inspector inspects, sorts, and weighs manufactured rubber components in various shapes and sizes. Individuals may use microscope, magnifying glass and various other hand tools such as tweezers, scissors and cotton swabs.
Job Duties
Washes and dries rubber parts in industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Determines temperature and time of heating cycle as established on traveler.
  • Adjusts dryer controls and observes the prescribed temperature
  • Loads parts into dryer, removes parts after prescribed time and allows parts to cool in air.
  • Inspect manufactured products for conformance to specifications
  • Separate components with defects including but not limited to cracks, marks, holes, tears and contamination
  • Notify supervisor of excessive defects on any particular component
  • Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork
Qualifications
  • Ability to speak to others to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems

Constantly: reach, grab, touch
Other: Vision – near and medium distance / color, hearing, Cleanroom Personnel must be able to don and doff appropriate attire.
