Now Hiring: Automation Machine Operator – Third Shift Broken Arrow Location – 1300 E Fort Worth St Shift Hours: 11 PM - 7 AM Job Title: Automated Inspection Machine Operator Job Summary: The Automated Inspection Machine Operator is responsible for efficiently and effectively running automated inspection equipment used in high-volume production. The operator will inspect and sort rubber parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Primary Responsibilities: -
Set up and operate automated inspection machines. -
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures. -
Maintain a thorough understanding of machine functions and operations. -
Perform machine recovery using the troubleshooting guide. -
Manage in-process operations, including machine refills and stopping equipment to address alarms. -
Visually inspect parts for compliance with specifications. -
Communicate clearly with supervisors or technicians regarding any operational issues. -
Read and understand English instructions and apply basic math skills. -
Perform routine cleaning and visual inspections of machines as outlined in procedures. -
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. -
Accurately document daily activities and production data. -
Follow specific work instructions related to production tasks. -
Understand basic customer requirements and interpret production drawings. Other Functions and Responsibilities: -
Communicate effectively with other departments and team members. -
Apply logical reasoning to troubleshoot and identify alternative solutions. -
Work overtime as required. -
Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: -
