About the Role

We’re looking for a Quality Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform inspections, testing, and documentation to verify product conformity and support our manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain compliance, improve processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

  • Perform product inspections and testing using precision tools and measurement systems.

  • Monitor production processes through in-process quality and process audits.

  • Maintain the calibration system and ensure inspection equipment accuracy.

  • Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations.

  • Conduct statistical analysis and prepare quality reports for management.

  • Document inspection results accurately, including First Article Inspections (FAIs).

  • Assist in training and mentoring inspection personnel.

  • Conduct periodic Quality Management System (QMS) audits.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and correct quality issues.


What You Bring

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to product excellence.

  • Advanced blueprint reading skills and solid knowledge of GD&T.

  • Basic shop math proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with CMMs, vision systems, and precision measuring instruments.

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.


Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally: Sit, push/pull up to 25 lbs., reach above shoulder height, lift/carry 10–25 lbs.

  • Frequently: Stand, walk, use computers, reach outward, count, and perform calculations.

  • Constantly: Handle and inspect parts using magnification, CMMs, vision systems, calipers, pin gauges, and microscopes.

  • Requires near vision, color recognition, and fine tactile sensitivity.
