Talent Acquisition Specialist, Corporate Personal Care Services
Remote Position | Full-Time

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in building high-performing operational teams that directly impact the quality of care we deliver to over 60,000 patients nationwide.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving results through strong process execution and candidate engagement.

  • Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across multiple markets

  • Partner closely with operations leaders to drive hiring strategy

  • Influence outcomes through speed, organization, and execution

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Personal Care Services roles (General & Administrative, Clinical and Leadership)

  • Drive high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate experience

  • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and move candidates quickly through the process

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on hiring strategies

  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation in ATS (Workday + Phenom)

  • Leverage sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Phenom) to build strong pipelines

  • Monitor recruiting metrics (phone screens, conversions, time to fill) and adjust strategy

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates and stakeholders

  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and results

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting (healthcare or service industry preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers

  • Ability to work in a process-driven, metrics-focused environment

  • Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and execute quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing platforms
