As a Treatment Coordinator at Flawless Smile Dentistry, you are a vital member of our team, collaborating closely with both providers and patients to facilitate the delivery of essential dental treatments. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that patients receive the care they require, while also ensuring their understanding and comfort throughout the treatment process. As a Treatment Coordinator, you are instrumental in facilitating the journey towards optimal oral health for our patients. Your dedication to patient education, comfort, and seamless treatment coordination ensures that each individual receives the care they need in a supportive and nurturing environment.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Enter all plans into the “Treatment Analysis” document and keep up with acceptance percentage at 65%.
Check schedule a week in advance, audit every DR appointment and verify that every appointment is scheduled according to the template and with the correct provider and services.
Complete route slips for incoming hygiene patients.
Paperwork updates; HIPAA, health history for upcoming appointments
Present simple to compressive treatment plans to patients with confidence.
Follow up with 30 unscheduled doctors patients a day.
Call and confirm all upcoming DRs appointments.
Complete the front office daily checklist.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time

● Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs

● Position may require travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects
