Purpose of Position
The Senior Travel & Expense Coordinator manages travel accommodations and provides timely review of expense reports to ensure compliance to the FlightSafety Travel and Expense policy. The Travel and Expense Coordinator will provide support for Concur and Travel. This position will also help with continuous Concur training and support to FlightSafety employees and leaders.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Obtain travel and hotel accommodations and car rentals for guests and employees.
• Prepare passenger travel booklet containing the itinerary, confirmations, and other pertinent travel information.
• Maintain travel profiles for travelers.
• Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance to the travel expense policy.
• Help maintain system content and functionality for the Concur T&E Expense System.
• Perform data quality control followed by payment of, and accounting entries for, approved expense reports.
• Provide customer support to system end-users and administrators via phone and email during business and at times non-business hours; reconcile Concur related issues for end-users.
• Act as a Travel & Expense liaison with business division.
Minimum Education
· Associate in accounting or finance, or experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Concur, SAP or Syteline experience or general knowledge of working with an accounting system similar to SAP
• Proficient with EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint
