Full-Time | Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Happy Hands Education Center (HHEC) is a Christian early education center serving children from birth through PreK, and Deaf Christian Academy (DCA) is a Christian elementary school serving students in kindergarten through 5th grade. Together, we serve children who are Deaf or hard of hearing (DHH) through a bilingual-bicultural model that prioritizes American Sign Language (ASL) alongside English. HHEC never turns away a DHH child due to a family's financial situation. We are seeking an Executive Director/Head of Schools to provide visionary and spiritual leadership for HHEC and DCA. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this leader will serve as the primary spokesperson for the schools, grow enrollment, build donor relationships, and ensure more families have access to an excellent Christian education for DHH students.
