POSITION SUMMARY:

The Tooling: Prototype and CNC Mill/EDM Specialist is responsible to support the Toolroom and Manufacturing by creating fixtures, prototypes or samples of potential new products for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assists with new product development for samples, prototypes and tooling.

· Works with weld fixtures, pin gauges, one-hit dimple dies, and other welding support.

· Operates machines as needed.

· Design tooling and fixtures utilizing CAD-CAM/Solidworks software

· Operate CNC and EDM machines to support the Tool Room and Manufacturing needs

· Support other tooling projects as needed.
