Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and customer service? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing finance team!

🔹 About the Role:

As our AR Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the invoicing and collections process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely cash flow. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

• Follow up on overdue payments via email and phone

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date records of all AR transactions

• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role

• Solid understanding of AR principles and best practices

• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
