What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume or client-facing setting

• Strong understanding of employment law and best hiring practices

• Proven ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving recruitment tools and platforms
