Job Title: Accountant
Location: East Tulsa
Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger activities, and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and review vendor invoices according to scheduled timelines

• Prepare assigned reports, including financial analysis

• Handle packing slips and bills of lading (BOLs)

• Perform monthly general ledger account entries

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Liaise with internal teams and shared services

• Identify and recommend process improvements

• Provide guidance to employees on company expense procedures

• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving accounting-related inquiries

• Collaborate with department managers to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including A/P and/or A/R

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Word

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
