Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make a difference in a fast-paced office? We’re looking for a dependable Accounting Clerk / Invoice Clerk to help our busy service team stay on top of invoicing, light accounting, and general clerical tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect and enter service details accurately and timely to assist with invoices being processed in a timely manner

• Maintain and update records in QuickBooks Online

• Assist with light accounting functions

• Support the office with general clerical duties (filing, data entry, correspondence)

• Communicate with customers and vendors professionally and promptly as needed

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to pivot easily and handle multiple priorities

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
