Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate, timely payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and manage AP records

Perform data entry, reconciliations, and spreadsheet management

Respond to vendor and employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Reconcile statements and assist with monthly accruals and closings

Support 1099 preparation and AP process improvements

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of accounts payable experience

Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Word

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
