Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding processes, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a safety-oriented mindset, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Process Technician

Location: Snow Hill, NC

Pay Range: $15.00

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Set up molds and initiate injection molding machines to ensure efficient production
• Perform mold and material changes to support continuous manufacturing flow
• Troubleshoot processing issues to maintain high-quality output
• Monitor scrap, downtime, and process performance to optimize operations
• Assist with new tool trials, qualifications, and continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

• Experience setting up molds and processing in injection molding environments
• Mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious approach
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and support team efforts
