Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associates

Location: El paso, NM

Pay Range:

Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently to move inventory within the warehouse
• Perform frequent counting and accurate repacking of small parts
• Assist with inventory management and organization
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols are maintained
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations to meet productivity goals

What's Needed?

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Strong background in warehouse operations
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and packing small parts
