Our client, a leader in the aerospace and military equipment manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Hand Assembly team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Dover, NH

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble small electrical components with precision in a clean room environment
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy during production processes
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols
• Operate in a quiet, controlled environment with minimal distractions
• Support team efforts to meet daily production quotas and quality standards

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug test (THC disqualifies) and background check
• Provide proper identification for entry into the facility
