Job Title: Assembler

Location: Middletown, PA
Shift: Mainly 2nd & 3rd shift
Pay: $19-20/hr

Job Summary

Seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing operations in Middletown, PA. Assemblers are responsible for assembling electrical and industrial components according to established work instructions while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic components, sub‑assemblies, or finished products according to work instructions and specifications
• Operate hand tools, small power tools, and basic assembly equipment
• Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow safety guidelines, lean manufacturing practices, and standard operating procedures
• Accurately complete required production documentation
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively as part of a team to support production goals

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, sit, or perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs as required

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Experience working with electronic or electrical components
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or quality systems
