Our client, a leader in the construction and engineering industry, is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager - REMOTE to join their team. As a Commissioning Project Manager - REMOTE, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting the Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and excellent organizational and communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead commissioning projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies for commissioning activities.
- Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the commissioning process.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline preferred), Construction Management, or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in commissioning project management and engineering within the construction or engineering industry.
- At least 2 years of relevant mechanical or electrical engineering and/or field-testing experience.
- Expert knowledge of commissioning processes, procedures, and industry standards such as ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, building automation, and other building systems.
