Our client, a reputable company in the flooring and construction materials industry, is seeking a dedicated Adminstrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Adminstrative Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the daily functions of the showroom, warehouse, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude that aligns with our organization's commitment to excellence. Pay Range:$17

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support for daily office, showroom, and warehouse operations
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with product inquiries and order status
  • Maintain accurate customer records, inventory reports, and vendor information
  • Greet showroom customers professionally and direct them to the appropriate representative
  • Support sales, accounting, and operations teams with administrative tasks and special projects

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in retail, flooring, construction materials, or distribution
  • Experience with order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
