Our client, a leading aerospace and manufacturing company, is seeking a Safety Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Safety Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department supporting operations and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Safety Training Coordinator
Location: Northford, Connecticut
Pay Range: $38.46/hour (6-month contract)

What’s the Job?

  • Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees
  • Create and distribute workplace safety educational materials
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify potential hazards
  • Recommend corrective actions and additional safety precautions
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

What’s Needed?

  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in safety, training, or a related area
  • Knowledge of safety practices, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
