Our client, Food and Beverage Manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$120,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?

  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities across the facility, including production lines, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of the annual R&M budget, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA requirements.
  • Coordinate capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support plant sustainability and operational excellence.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 7-9 years of management experience in a high-speed CPG environment, with food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, controls, boiler, and waste treatment systems.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of technicians and direct reports effectively.
  • Experience utilizing CMMS systems such as EMaint for maintenance planning and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
