Summary

This position supports and coordinates the shipping team as necessary to efficiently and expeditiously process shipments/DMR/RMA's/product receipts/etc.

Qualifications/Experience

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as supplier packing slips, customer PO's, trucking company BOL's, etc.
• Ability to effictively use current business system to carry out tasks related to above functions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to resolve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to run small 5S projects within an area.
• Communicate ideas and issues effectively in meetings and other settings.
• Desire to learn different aspects of being a Lead
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Team player and Leadership skills
• The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
• Ability to professionally interact with all departments, team members, customers,

• and suppliers via email, virtual, telephone, in person, etc.

Education and /or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

• Must have basic computer skills to navigate in business systems.
• Experience or demonstrated ability to use websites, portals, etc to process shipments via DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc
