JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT:
Provides end‑to‑end coordination and oversight of PPAP and production approval documentation, supporting successful product launches and ongoing customer compliance. Serves as a central point of contact between customers, Project Managers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and the RLH Asia Quality Team to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, documented, and executed in alignment with company and regulatory expectations. This position also supports the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and provides back-up support for inspection and release activities of product when required.
Strong performance in this role directly impacts customer confidence, shipment readiness, and RLH’s ability to effectively in regulated and customer-driven markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Own and manage the PPAP process for customer-required, factory and internal submissions, from document collection through final customer approval to meet AIAG standards, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality expectations prior to submission. 50%
- Support the creation, review, and maintenance of PPAP elements such as control plans, process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, and related documentation for RLH-manufactured products. 5%
- Assist with investigation and corrective actions related to PPAP rejections, customer feedback, or launch issues, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied. 10%
- Support in fulfilling and coordinating MRR dispositions (rework, RTV, scrap, etc.) ensuring documentation accuracy, proper authorization, and timely execution. 10%
- Assist in maintaining the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 and the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System per ISO 14001 & OSHA. 5%
- Provide back up in scheduling Inspections according to priority to not delay shipments, releasing parts as requested. 15%

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and Skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs including Business Central, IntellaQuest
• Must possess good communication and customer service skills, and be able to communicate well with others, internally and externally.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of all elements of PPAP documentation requirements
Education/Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 to 4 years related experience
