We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – CI, Systems & Facilities, who can balance continuous improvement, system reliability, and facilities management, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth across the shop floor. What You’ll Do - Systems & Documentation
- Own ERP loading, planning, data accuracy, and timely updates.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and training packages.
- Act as the bridge between engineering and operators through standardized documentation.
Continuous Improvement (CI) - Support workflow standardization and system-driven Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Monitor ERP accuracy and lead corrective actions when gaps are found.
- Manage projects to streamline documentation and improve training delivery.
Facility Maintenance & Reliability - Coordinate and track preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment and infrastructure.
- Partner with maintenance staff and contractors to minimize downtime.
- Support capital improvement projects and facility layout changes.
- Monitor facility systems (air, coolant, HVAC, power distribution) to ensure uptime and compliance.

What You Bring - ERP & Systems Proficiency: Skilled in ERP data management, BOM loading, and process documentation.
- Programming Knowledge (CNC/CAM): Familiar with CAM workflows, CNC programming logic, and validating toolpaths and fixtures.
- Machining Experience: Hands-on understanding of machining processes, setups, and tooling adjustments to support shop-floor execution.
- Industrial Maintenance Knowledge: Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance for CNCs, robotics, and support systems.
- Facility Maintenance Expertise: Knowledge of infrastructure systems (air, coolant, HVAC, electrical) with the ability to manage contractors and support capital projects.
