| Shop Foreman – Manufacturing Execution This is not a leadership role for everyone. That is by design. RISE Armament is looking for a Shop Foreman whose sole mission is execution. If you believe manufacturing succeeds through discipline, standards, and relentless follow-through—and fails through flexibility and improvisation—keep reading. The Mission Your job is simple to understand and difficult to execute: Every work order ships on time. Period. On-time delivery is the measure of success in this role, but no order is considered “on time” if it does not meet quality requirements. Speed that creates rework, scrap, or escapes is failure.
