Job Duties

Performs setup of tools required to support machine production. Helps to control hand tools and other equipment.

Assists in inventory, organization and storage of perishable tooling.

Sets up, Issues, receives and stores hand tools and other equipment. Keeps inventory of all tools and orders new equipment when needed.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field of tool setting, associated equipment and inspection practices.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Tool Crib Attendant will be responsible for assigned direct and indirect production support activities including but not limited to EDM's, Cold Saw, Forklift and other material movement.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

2+ years of Tool Setting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Training and application of GD&T and shop math

Forklift Certification
