Swift Collision is looking for a detail-minded Refinishing Paint Prepper to help prepare vehicles for flawless paint jobs. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want to play a key role in creating beautiful finishes, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

• Sand, fill, clean, mask, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting.

• Inspect areas for proper prep and ensure materials are applied correctly.

• Keep your workspace and tools organized while supporting the Body and Paint teams.

• Communicate with technicians to ensure every vehicle is ready for a perfect finish.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 1 to 5 years of automotive refinishing or body prep experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and pride in your work.
