We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines administrative support with occasional classroom responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations in both areas. As an Administrator Assistant at The Learning Experience, You Will:
  • Manage and maintain child files with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Assist with family tours and guide prospective families through the enrollment process
  • Support administration of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program), ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Assist with office tasks, including filing and organization
  • Support daily operations and help maintain a welcoming environment.
Classroom Support
  • Provide breaks and support for teachers as needed throughout the day
  • Assist in classrooms during transitions and other high-need periods
Communication & Engagement

  • Greet and communicate with parents, families, children, and staff
  • Conduct tours for prospective families
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in a warm and supportive manner.
Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a classroom environment when needed
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of administrative and childcare-related duties
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Must have professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children..
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for a Master Teacher or in process of obtaining qualifications.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time
Compensation: $15 hourly

There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
