Operations Manager

Salary: $95K–$110K DOE

Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead manufacturing/fabrication, warehousing, safety, supply chain, and maintenance across two facilities.

Reporting directly to the President & General Manager, this role is a key part of the leadership team, with real impact and visibility across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team with a strong safety culture
• Implement lean processes and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee capital planning, inventory control, and production scheduling
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Quality to support growth and operational alignment
• Prepare the business for 50%+ growth while maintaining excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years managing skilled manufacturing teams
• Strong background in operations, fabrication, or industrial production
• Experience with Lean implementation
• Skilled at leading people, solving problems, and scaling systems
• Welding environment or material handling experience is a plus
