Salary: Base + Uncapped Commission (High earning potential)
We have an opening with a local manufacturing operation that’s been in business for decades and is now entering a growth phase—sales have increased by 30% over the last few years. This is a new opportunity in a previously untapped territory in the Southwest U.S., covering Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The right sales representative will be highly money-motivated, with uncapped commission potential and the opportunity to become one of the highest-paid individuals in the company. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role offers autonomy and impact—no micromanagement here. You’ll be expected to build and execute a sales plan and travel frequently across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with prospective customers across AZ, NM, OK, and TX
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan with clear goals and growth strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and regular account visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to align costs, scheduling, and project execution
- Maintain detailed account profiles and market intelligence
- Champion a Safety First mindset in every task and interaction
- Travel up to 75%, including occasional evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Familiarity with hydronics and the ability to explain technical details clearly
- Strong self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications and communicate effectively
