We’re seeking a skilled Inside Sales professional to join a manufacturing team focused on delivering high-quality products and customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and driving sales growth through cross-selling and up-selling.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect for new customers and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct sales calls via phone to target markets
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Prepare quotes and manage order processes
- Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account information
- Promote new products and ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of related experience or training
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Product knowledge and industry understanding a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Some flexibility may be required based on operational needs
