Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler. This role is critical in ensuring smooth manufacturing operations by planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and maintaining quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer requirements and operational capacity.
- Analyze material availability, equipment status, and staffing levels to anticipate and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Quality to ensure timely execution of plans.
- Monitor progress against schedules, adjust plans as needed, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and reduce costs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain processes, and scheduling techniques.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
