Production Scheduler

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer requirements and operational capacity.
• Analyze material availability, equipment status, and staffing levels to anticipate and resolve potential bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Quality to ensure timely execution of plans.
• Monitor progress against schedules, adjust plans as needed, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and reduce costs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain processes, and scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.
