Western Sun Federal Credit Union in Broken Arrow has an immediate opening for a Full Time Teller. Hours are Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities include:Greeting members and providing them with exceptional member service.Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all credit union policies and procedures.Answer phones, provide account histories, transfer funds, research accounts, identify and resolve member issues and cross sell credit union products and services in a fast paced environment.Previous credit union/banking experience, cash handling and customer service experience preferred and bilingual is a plus, but not required.
