What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and inspire the inventory control team.
- Build and improve inventory processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost control.
- Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution.
- Analyze data to forecast needs, reduce surplus, and optimize inventory levels.
- Drive continuous improvement and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the department.
- Partner with procurement, production, logistics, and product groups to support operational goals.
- Own key metrics such as inventory accuracy, turnover, and carrying cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
- A builder mindset—ability to design new processes and drive meaningful change.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in inventory systems (Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred) and Excel.
- Detail‑oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
